This is an ongoing communal story with a comedic tone. A poster advances the story by posting an image accompanied with a description or light narration. Then another poster advances the story from there and so on. Participation is open so feel free to jump in and contribute.

Part 11 summary:
The gang is in a service tunnel underneath the Lunar Capital. Yuuma discovers the axe she wedged into the Waking Dream Machine works as a toggle: axe in, off. Axe out, on. The vampire hunting band of fairies emerge with Yuuma into the waking world. The fairies formulate a plan to capture the crow tengu harassing Nazrin. Myon investigates the nearby janitor closet.
The gang lures the tengu into a trap with a box of popcorn. As the tengu inspects the popcorn, Cirno pops out and freezes the tengu on the spot. The frozen tengu is placed in a cage and left near the furnace to thaw. Mokou offers the tengu a sukucig. Unfortunately, no one was aware of the sukucig's transformative properties and the crow tengu transformed into a sukusuku. A sukutengu.
Myon wheels out a sleeping Daiyousei, Lemontene and Lily White from the janitor's closet to the disbelief and confusion of the already-present fairies and everyoneelse. Baffled by this turn of events Mokou takes a deep smokou, loads everyone into Sukuvan and peels out to the Gensoukart race track. Mokou breaks out to the streets, adopts a kasa-obake, blows up the SDM (somehow), loses Sukuvan's Corn Wagn disguise and has a car duel against Kyouko ending in both racers getting blown away.
Somewhere else, various moon bunny bosses conspire with a remote Kaguya to relocate their popcorn. Kaguya had Yukari move the popcorn to Eientei. Koishi interrupts the meeting, annoys Kaguya into leaving and proposes a deal with the bunny bosses to stop the Sukuvan.
The gang recovers from their disorientation and find they are in the moon's popcorn mines. Nazrin and Wriggle are kidnapped by Koishi(?). Sukutengu is kidnapped by a Necronomicon-possessed Kosuzu. Mokou's physical impurities have a party and use TNT as glowsticks. Mokou finds a ransom note telling her to come to the biolabs for Narin and Wriggle. Mokou, Yuuma and Chiyari uncover a portal.

The elevator gets sent to a random floor, courtesy of a button bump during the pizza-induced frenzy. Somehow, despite carrying a car and an endless amount of impurity the elevator manages to make it to its destination. As soon as the door opens, the gang and some of the impurities get expelled from the elevator.

There must be something important on this floor --- it still has power. In an unlikely coincidence that is precisely just that and most definitely not any form of deus ex machina, Elly is among the mass of bodies being pushed out from the elevator. Her hand lands on a door lock, and the door opens. How unlikely!

Chiyari has discovered a grand piece of the conspiracy. A room with four capsules; two are open and empty but two more each have a Yuuka in them! In the terminal lies an ability card. Four of a Kind. That must be why the crystal wasn't able to restore Yuuka. She wasn't split into two; she was split into four! The Lunarians must have cut a deal with the tengu to get their hands on this.
But why the heavy machinery? If they wanted to multiply Yuuka, they would just need the card. The machinery seems to have some ability to alter behavior. Is this an attempt to place sleeper agents into Gensokyo?
Well whatever the truth is, everything necessary to restore Yuuka is here.

Purification teams are doing their job and the defilement is being cleansed. The last remaining sector is the bio-lab area. As our zealous Lunar Control bunny was beginning to relax, an immense spike of impurity was detected from the bio-lab. It jumped like 80% in 2 seconds! What the hell is going on over there?
Well, if such a massive spike is possible then there's no playing it safe. A massive purity bomb on the sector will surely cleanse it. The orbital slingshot is armed and pointed. However a hardlock prevents it from firing while a VIP is in the area. An extraction team will have to be deployed to move the VIP. Once that happens, nothing can stop the repurification of the moon. Probably.

Because the geography of the moon is confusing, Sukuvan has to doubleback past Yu-Youmu and the rabbit challenger. And definitely not because I had already drawn the scene. Yu-Youmu takes her eyes off her opportunistic opponent and see Yu-Myon. Egg fills the rabbit's exposed eye as she fires her shot. Something jumps into the trajectory of the shot, causing it to harmlessly reflect away... Traffic Light-kun?! It's Yu-Kutaka and Traffic Light-kun! They urge Yu-Youmu to catch up to Sukuvan and reunite with Yu-Myon. They'll handle this creep.

Lunar Control reminds the Purification team that impure beings have no authority. A fight breaks out. Well, they still are only moon bunnies after all...
I wanted to draw a reunion scene for Yu-Myon and Yu-Youmu but I was hardpressed for time, couldn't figure out where to slot it and burning out. So instead they just seamlessly reunite as if they never separated.

Lunar Control sits in her chair, exasperated. Why can't anything just go right? The situation was so close to being cleaned up and now several squads are crying to her over the radio. How many squads does she have to send? How many can she still send? Where are all the freaking competent rabbits? Why do the disgusting beings want the slingshot so bad? Maybe she'll just blow it up out of spite. She'll most likely be reprimanded, but the alternative is letting those freaks down there get their way.

The slingshot may have been destroyed, but the gang's ability to reach the Dragon Palace has not. Yuuma reveals why she is the goat. She eats one of the leftover bottles of Kongade Lemon Bapper to power-up. With her spork, she can throw Sukuvan hard enough to match the slingshot. Unfortunately, the only ones who will survive the trip are those with malleable or incorporeal bodies. That leaves only Yu-Youmu and Yu-Myon to steer Sukuvan correctly to her journey. No the fairies, couldn't do it because I forgot about them. The real slingshot turned out to be the friends made along the way.

Sukuvan, Mokou and company are gapped to the moon party. With the popcorn monsters defeated, the bomb threat over, and Kaguya splatted, the moon rabbits figure one party with the Gensokyians and the impurities will be ok. Just as long as they leave before the Lunarians finish their bingo session and catch on to what's been happening.
I'm going to initiate a rather definite ending sequence unless someone requests otherwise. There will be room to contribute so don't tune out quite yet. Also, how does a post-story thread sound? Is this an advancement or just meant as a fun encouragement? I can read it both ways. I was working on the next (and probably final!) step for the encounter with Chimata but if we want to end it on Mokou hopping into Sukuvan and peeling away without hearing her answer, that's fine. That group shot of everyone piled into Sukuvan is pretty rad.

omedetou mokou! i would have liked a scene where mokou rides out to the horizon too, but there's the previous scene that can work for it. this is the happy end all the gang deserved.

I was wondering if I should save the end card for the post-thread but it is an end card and we're at the end. Feel free to sign, doodle, whatever you'd like to put on that lets you say "I was here!" And just because the end card is posted doesn't mean you can't do any epilogue stuff. I'll save the bulk of my rambling for the post-thread which will be up probably within the day after this one hits archive.

Me too. Ideally I wanted a detailed scene of Mokou and Sukuvan at the party framed with an emphasis on the sky, stars and Earth. Mokou is sitting against Sukuvan, leaning head back, one knee up with a cigarette in hand resting on it. She's leaning on her other hand and beneath that are the ownership papers. A real "it's finally over" pose. But I'm still feeling worn down from all those comics I drew and the thought of drawing another panel, a detailed one at that, while racing the catalog crunch was just not going to happen. Great series, I loved it, it was awesome contributing in it.
I was a bit late only joining in the 3rd thread and I was a literal newfag as well but I saw how great those threads would be. It did help me become a bit better at drawing as well so i'm glad to have been in these, bit of a bummer that it must end but I guess it would have to sooner or later. I saw somewhere here that we could make spinoff threads staring kaguya, but if this ever happens it would be better to wait a bit before starting it. Well now that it's done i'll probably just resume lurking in this board hoping to find something good, see you space cowboy when the next fun stuff happens.

Going to miss it like any story that comes to an end.
There were some loose ends that I wish I had resolved before this was over. Mainly page10: Kasen was supposed to have a mini adventure looking for her missing arm and page 10 was supposed to be just a robotic body with the arm attached that would pursue the gang like a terminator (there are hints of this robotic body in her silhouettes after the SDM nuke). However, she was too hard to draw and I understand why she was kind of underutilized.
I wanted to have her final fight against the yukkuri youmu. She would've said the usual "things I cannot cut are next to none". Then have Kasen finally show up just to pick up the severed arm and awkwardly get out.
Unfortunately, life gets in the way and I got too tired or simply did not have the time to contribute. At least I got to deliver many things still. The batman thing, the power rangers, and I guess the popcorn too, but this last one was more of a happy accident. Hell, the entire bunny thing was a happy accident desu.
I'll see you in the next fun thread. I'll miss all of (you).
