Really enjoyable album (in fairness, I am biased). I will be listening to this for a while. Basically, it's only six songs (plus three short instrumental inserts). It's really nice to hear new music from nekomura (cat nap), since he doesn't seem to release much vocaloid music now a days. Yuka wrote ワンダフル・VHS and it sounds like a soutaiseirion song. She really wears her influences on her sleeve. There is nothing more I could ask then for Yuka to come into her own as a singer songwriter, so she can properly express her vision and worldview, and it seems that is finally happening here. It does not release until midnight local time, so you will need to VPN or wait.

I did some searching yesterday when I originally posted the song, but I was unable to find anything other than the name Hinano. My research was mainly using the articles written, the user comments on natalie.mu, their own website, and comments on Twitter. While Mabe is well known, the singer is clearly new or distinguishing herself from a past career. Many of the articles list Mabe past works and nothing for Hinano. The most common user comment talk about how Mabe looked for someone who sounded like Etsuko/how similar she sounds to Etsuko. Sorry I don't have more to share right now.

Nah, Etsuko has a softer, mellower vocal range. The vocal here however is way too high-pitched, it resembles that one drama theme song by Momosumomosu so much that I have to do a double take on this. Even the cinematography of both MVs feels intentionally similar.

Quick addon to my post is that she is also part of the music unit VWP (Virtual Witch Phenomenon) along with KAF, RIM, KOKO, and Harusaruhi. These are also the five girls getting the Kadokawa anime that starts next month (Kamitsubaki City Under Construction). They are definitely worth checking out. Great singer, great artist. I'm not good personally at explaining about music so here's what i could explain it as.
I really like her oiriginals, among the other VWP members, she's a member i listen to alot. Her album Creation is abit more upbeat and Colors is more dramatic even though both are piano based songs(with some outliers in each album). I won't link specific songs from the album because i truly think the entirety of the album is good and deserves a listen from start to end.
Her covers are most of the time very great, though I dont remember much because she's not my main interest but 可能世界のロンド is very catchy and sounds very nice, personally she introduced millstones to me through this cover and probably many more.
