Just as a bit of a heads up with clothing, you'll definitely have an easier time finding compatible clothes (based off of measurements and intended brand) with a smaller chested/sized doll. Bolt goes in through the bottom of a head, plastic washer goes inside of the head to tighten down on the bolt, and top of head is put back into place so you can put a wig on it. Again, I need to measure the bolt, but while you might need to do a bit of fine tuning, I don't see why for Climax other 1/3 scale doll heads wouldn't be compatible in theory. If so, then this would also open the door for "face up" services offered by artists on etsy and other sites where they can make custom faces/designs based on standardized doll heads.

How soft/stimulating do you find the hole?I think it's like others have said in general about dolls, a specialized or gimmick onahole will have a better design to it, but this has the bonus of weight + physical design (boobs, ass, thighs, etc.). The hole is a 3 or 4 on the less-or-more simulating scale out of 10, but it hugs you very nicely. For me at least, I can use the hole casually for a while, take a short break while letting the weight of the doll keep everything in place, and then get back to using it right after. In terms of measurements, I was worried about the size too, but there is some surprising amount of stretch to it, so you'd be able to bottom out completely without feeling uncomfortable. Only slight pain in the ass is that if you use baby powder on it for maintenance/smoothness, you're probably going to have to reapply it after cleaning to the thighs, pelvis, and ass after cleaning.

For the J60 series, you can push the legs to maybe about 120 degrees~ or so without any issue? Again, I need to experiment some more, but with Shima standard sitting cowgirl was no issue at all. Even angling her backwards and pushing her legs up above her hips wasn't a problem for a quasi-mating press position. Due to the weight though, using a doll that size should be zero problem while standing or even resting on a desk, but I feel you can achieve the same sensations while just sitting down. Only issues I could see with a doll that size is trying something with the doll beneath you, so it'd probably be better to use a desk or edge of a surface instead.
I will add more periodically to the thread though in general as I have more time to mess around. Hopefully you can get more input on the Mozu's at this size range for comparison's sake anon.
