A doll/toy/hole/hip/whatever does look its best pristine, clean, and properly oiled. If it sees regular use, it doesn't last. You have to drop the pursuit of perfection and just have fun with it. If anything, getting better at cleaning is pretty gratifying at how fast you can get at it and how presentable they can be after.
I can't say that for Aoi-chan since she's my first sex doll/toy/anything and her butt is forever dyed blue because of a novice mistake (navy blue skirt from AliExpress without washing it first nor giving her underwear). It's been helped with some oiling and cleaning but it's pretty much there for good. So my go to Tomax hole is the Muses Kokalo in Rich Soft, and for my most recent one I decided to try only drying sticks for drying it instead of using towels or microfiber cloths since the material tends to break easily.

Most I've owned aren't that sticky/tacky on the inside and I don't powder or anything but it varies a lot by manufacturer. The one I own that is super sticky luckily is so soft that I can spread it wide with my fingers to put the dry stick in and out without touching the sides.
They all grip pretty firm onto anything inside when dry and pulling out the drying stick with so much friction usually isn't easy. Very soft or dual layer onaholes will inevitably degrade inside with use and you need to be extra careful removing dry sticks, cloth or even paper towel so you don't speed that up. I've had positioning issues many times on many sizes of dolls. No matter how bad the hole is places it's always been the surface I'm using. I have tried everything. It is all about leverage and this can be difficult as fuck to understand for some dolls.

Get a trifold futon mattress (cheap one off temu is what I have). This way you have three flat levels of surface to work with. This can then be used on the bed top, couch, or the floor. Creating many new levels of spaces for you and opening up a ton of new options for positions.
