Arguably a lot of them. In the 19th century it was common for women to wear crotchless underwear called open drawers as many believed the extra ventilation was good for their health. It was also convenient for they needed to piss or shit, because it circumvented the need to remove the many layers of petticoats and stuff they were wearing. Not surprised that the wind goddess lets it breathe.
