The tatami flooring is key so you're going to want to find someone who can do that right if you don't intend on doing it yourself. The rest you can probably show to whoever it is that is going to be doing the renovations and they'll probably be able to copy it. Goes without saying that the floor should be done last.

how much money do you have and how close to this do you want to get? you could approximate it for not that much or you could easily spend thousands recreating this depending on what you're starting with.
