I guess Nintendo makes contracts for people to add new content to switch games seeing how this also happened in Luna Nights with the Cirno fight.
It probably also has some clause like at least wait x days to put it in PC since it took some time for the patch to release on Steam.
But the tweet says it will be in PC later, It sucks but it's better than certain games that never add the content to the original platform.

I'm cool with Potemki so I don't mind buying the game again, but if the exclusive content is anything big, that'll be a shame. Undertale did something like this, and so did Luna Nights and even ULiL and SFW (Reisen and Yuuma) but it sucks when it's permanently exclusive. If it's temporary or something really small like a minigame you play for two minutes then I don't exactly care.

lol fuck off. PotemKINO used to offer his first game for free, complete with DLC, and nobody wanted it. Once he started charging money for it, suddenly people wanted it and bought it in droves. I saw it all and it taught me a valuable lesson for when I myself become a game dev: never do it for free, turns out people scoff at free vidya.

You know, I'm fine with version exclusive content as long as each version has its own content, and there's a reason for it to be exclusive, like making use of hardware features that only that system has, or crossovers with the platform owner's IPs.
Having a minigame that doesn't fall into any of those categories is fucking stupid, if he's gonna pull this bullshit at least make use of some Joycon shit or whatever.
