They aren't really developed in personality, but it's still possible to give them general outline.
Shaded hair seems to be the leader, she gives orders and is the one to talk with Aya when the reporter appears. Opportunistic and ruthless, based on how she said to steal sake from Aya when she wasn't around.
Black hair is conformist, instantly agreeing when it costs her nothing (Aye, true that), while evading any risk, based on how she rejected the order to steal from Aya. However, this agreeable attitude is merely a front to hide her actual actions, considering how she tried to drink wine in secrecy from her companions.
White hair actually acts for the interest of the group, instead of only talking like Shaded or plotting against like Black. She also seems to be somewhat optimistic with her remark about water she has found.

I should've used a different word. AI created stuff is made to be mass produced, consumed, and moved on. No one ever looks back at old AI generated stuff, they just move to the next one. Look at AI artist galleries that are filled with 100s of images in each set. No one looks at them all. The generator didn't even look at them all, and he'd never go back to look at them again after publishing them. And that kind of stuff doesn't inspire other people to actually make something with them.

The way I see it, characters like this gambler yamawaro may be mob characters and designed to be forgettable, but that doesn't mean that's all the content they deserve.
