Yes, you are. They wanted to be independent from MG because the cut and slow releases. That flopped as the demo translation was awful and Steam banned it. At the end the release costed them more that they planned because the huge delays and re-translation costs.
Then they decided to pick a national publisher, DLsite for their next release. Another flop; low quality game, not very eop popular shop and it was released just when the store got hit by the creditors, lol.
3rd try was with Shira; Dohna was a success, though fun fact that it sold more copies on the JAST store.
With their latest nukige they tried again to be the publisher with an experimental release; prologue for free and 2 alternative routes (plotge/ntr) sold separately... it flopped.
And now again they moonwalked back to Shira for their next release.
