Nice aesthetically pleasing pic and all but looks pretty fake! City pop (or any 80s j-pop, kayoukyoku, etc) covers don't tend to look like that. Look that stuff up, they usually have the artist's face on them. Even if they don't, the image quality is just different - yours looks more clip art-like, that's too late of an era. I'd say it looks more like late 90s-early 00s eurodance or something, though I'm not an expert. That, and... did you use machine translation for the japanese captions or what? Not what that stuff looks like, it would not say ใขใผใใฃในใๅ nor ใใฉใใฏใชในใ, that is simply not the convention. If you weren't using machine translation, please use examples of language being used by natives in the context you're planning to use it in. Very important for a beginner learner. And use references for that kind of album cover stuff in general.
