Your question doesn't really make sense and the gist of it has been answered. Not taking up certain roles sure maybe, like some seiyuu don't do lewd roles. There is no reason to run down a job because all they do are record voice lines. The production committee determines most of the main cast, and the non main cast are filled in by the sound directors and so on.

And again I'm telling you that idol seiyuus aren't considered whore or treated like untouchables in India, despite what the shitposter here would like you to think. There is no stigma with dancing or singing for a 2.5D franchise, or indeed for themselves as seiyuu artist. The ship, that seiyuu is no longer a back stage position but an on stage one, has long sailed. There are seiyuus who deliberately avoid these roles, Akane Fujita being the first to come to mind, but there's almost zero chance they look down or distance themselves from colleagues who do. It would be impossible to not work with them, for a start, without driving yourself completely out of the industry because of how ubiquitous they are. And also, idol seiyuu is and has been an integral part of the anime subculture for decades, and franchises like Imas is an institution at this point. You will not find anyone who is interested in becoming seiyuu yet hated the idol seiyuu concept to the point of declining to work with them.
