It's the leaked archived /j/ threads about /jp/ and Touhou, where someone COMPLETELY NEW to the board and its culture was somehow made a /jp/ janitor and deleted flanfly threads and such and then had to have other mods teach them about /jp/ culture and how "/jp/ posters" are a sensitive bunch composed of people who have been on 4chan for awhile and have their own unique culture and posts.
And then the new janny apologizes and talks about how new he is and then makes emojis and cuteposts etc.

REALLY goes to show who is being made into janitors and mods here

That isn't what's currently happening. Non-generals don't get deleted, they just get zero participation.
90% of posters only come to circlejerk in their shitty general and the other 10% come to bump character threads and leave. This board is quite literally dead, there simply aren't people making actual posts.

I just wish they didn't delete Inmu threads. Like why can the /v/ refugees get to have their general where they circlejerk over the same drawfag for 800 posts and nothing happens but threads about Japan's biggest meme get deleted?

I don't ever use this place anymore after the hack except for seeing if a certain thread was posted or not. I mainly just use Kissu now, everything here is just unbearable. /jp/ culture is dead in the water because outsiders blew it up, whether that be the mod team or the mod team letting others do whatever they want. It's truly a sad state of affairs but there is not much we can do.
