I enjoyed Itou Miku performance in Isekai Maou, Priconne, and Kiseki series. I think she fits the soft spoken sweet girl archetype.

It's the same but also different as they're agency and labels are different. Like Kito for example her agency - Pro-Fit/Raccoon Dog , her label - Pony Canyon and she's in anime from Pony Canyon like Mato Seihei no Slave which has others under Pony Canyon too.

At the opening ceremony for the 2014 World Cosplay Summit, held on July 26 at Chubu Centrair International Airport, Mayor Kawamura was on stage with 17-year-old voice actress Miku Itō. In front of a crowd of cosplayers from over 30 nations, Kawamura unexpectedly put his arms around her shoulders and gave her a hug. Her agency probably knows her strength's, unlike Tomori. Kaoruko is a perfect role for Honoka, she is the ultimate girlypop for a seiyuu that mostly voices girlypops, it just works.
Tomori otoh has nothing to do with a character like Makima, it is just her agency trying to push her onto anything that looks big. Her main strengths are characters like Setsuna and gremlins. She reminds me of early Amamiya where they pushed her "cool beauty" thingie hard with roles like Akame and Tohka, only for her to blow up with Aqua of all people.
