As mentioned last week, this is an special ocassion in which we will not have our usual races everyone's come to know and HATE. This is an event to get drunker than usual and HAVE FUN!!!!

That's right, not even in the ancient amateur times before the tourneys have we ever ventured outside the 20+ tracks of the base game.... TILL NOW

>HOW TO PLAY
A few steps are needed in order to get this shit to work.
First and most importantly, WE WILL NOT RUN THE GAME THRU STEAM.

You will need to download some mod loader thing called SHINTEN. (You might recognize it from the url in which you can check which lobbies are active).

You still need to download the tracks we're racing. EVERYONE NEEDS TO DOWNLOAD THE TRACKS IF YOU WANNA PLAY, NOT JUST THE HOST.

Simple. Follow these steps:

Boot up Shinten.
Once it's open, click on "Custom Courses".
Once there, click on "BROWSE ONLINE" at the bottom. A new tab will open with lots of custom tracks.
Simply click install on the tracks you want to add and that's it.

Simply download them anywhere and DRAG THE ZIP TO SHINTEN where the above mentioned tracks you just downloaded are already installed. Just drag the zip and that's it, they're ready to play. You can delete the zip now.

Ok I spoke with the creator of Shinten himself, and he told me that you will need a specific pirated version of the game to install Shinten, which he shared.

Alright! I got everything all set up and running perfectly. I tested a few of the new maps for a few seconds just to make sure they worked, but didn't play much. But just from the little I did, I can tell some of these are crazy lmao.
Also, since I'm running the PC version now, I can really tell how different it is than the Switch version. The framerate is higher, movement feels more smoother, and there's better overall effects with particles and water splashes and stuff. Pretty neat. And with these new maps we're practically on a new playing field to boot. Prepare yourselves Anons, things are about to get crazy this Halloween~!
