It's hard to explain. She isn't a good person, but there's something sad about the way she does things that makes me want to see her happy. She's accepted a life where nobody really likes her or is in her corner. She can't be completely open with anyone, even Yuyuko, and even Ran lies to her.
She's manipulative, but it's more like she only knows how to do that. Other characters pull the wool over somebody's eyes for the sake of their faction, then go drinking while that person is left holding the bag. Yukari will manipulate people for the sake of Gensokyo, then go to the afterparty so she can talk about dandelions or give Erin moon sake. Then she goes home and hibernates while people talk about what a creep she is.
I think some of this stuff I'm just blowing up in my head, but either way, I want to comfort her. I want to tell her she did a good job and give her a moment of sincerity.
