Because it just doesn't seem to be how ZUN operates. Like >>50249295 said, the only UDoALG character to get a chapter was Biten and it was over a year later. Before that, Chimata and Megumu got a joint chapter in January 2023, over a year and four months after their game came out. They were character important to their game's plot, too. Funnily enough, Sannyo's the one who's had the best luck here, showing up April 2022, less than a year after UM released. No one else has had such luck.
Yuiman specifically should be at an advantage given her ties with Kanako, who has appeared more than once in LE, but it's no guarantee. She's also only really relevant if ZUN feels like rambling about either some archaic specifics of deer hunting or her old kingdom, and I feel like if ZUN were going to go the deer hunting route, he could've done it here.

I mean I've seen a fair share of threads there go from seemingly innocuos to "here's your naked 2hu" quite often, maybe you can argue it's not as often and it's more segregated, though. If I'm recalling, Futaba also works differently from 4chan because it has 2 types of moderation, thread specific moderation by users and board moderation. If the users (and I'm fairly sure OP held the hammer) dont like your post they can just decide to get rid of them, which probably helps skew things to look cleaner on their end.

The first point I want to point out is that when you get into Touhou from outside, either by music videos or even an official game. And you see the mangas, it is like a slap in the face. The characters you thought are cute now are bad. The setting you thought you want to go to now sounds hellish. The problem with this is not the change itself. But how is done. In DDLC and Puella Magi Madoka Magica it is done so well it actually becomes a good point of writing. But when you get into Touhou canon with all those illusions is less of "Oh what a plot twist!" And more like "The creator of this should kys"

The mangas ruin any conception people had of Touhou. Even lore points like Flandre's being in the basement. They don't have a clear goal. They rarely serve well for expanding the universe in a good way. They don't give good insight into a character's mind. They literally feel like Anime filler in written form. I thought it was going to get good at some point but after reading FS and its... ending. I wish the IP just stopped producing material beyond the games.

I CAN'T understand how people defend Touhou canon. There is people who get so angry when you speak about these things like if they were Touhou characters themselves.

This sounds like your problem man, when I got into Touhou through the music, games and porn, and started reading the "lore" I was more invested into it, as the characters looked more interesting and less one-note than in the secondary works, not that these were bad though.
Touhou lore is all over the place as well, there's no need to take it seriously, the leverage that it has it's why there's so many fanworks that either twist or enhace characters attributes and personalities.
That's basically the whole appeal of Touhou and the written works won't change that, just give people more ideas to play with.
