I think I need to rethink how I do immersion. I constantly listen to female Japanese tik tok streamers, but its so ASMR inducing Im constantly falling asleep. Doing this all the time is actually starting to effect my energy levels and productivity. I keep falling in and out of sleep, and my brain is just releasing happy chemicals which is probably not good for focusing on the immersion. Its also really addictive. There are times I put off stuff 4-5 hours later than I want to because the Japanese girl talking is so ASMR inducing I cant move. Literally makes my body feel like jello.

Its hard, but I might need to force myself to limit the streams, and watch anime / youtube videos / Japanese games. Stuff that dont cause ASMR. Like just today, I wanted to get ahead of my Japanese studies and start studying from 12 PM to 10 PM. But now its already 4:30 PM because I was listening to this tik tok stream (pic related) and I have just been in bed all day having brain tingle gasms. Maybe being this ASMR sensitive can be bad. Im actually surprised ASMR addiction seems to be not a problem for people, Ive googled around and there isnt anything. Cause it seems like a somewhat big problem for me.
