As far as I can tell hundred series SAMs are a serious threat at altitude and they will force you low but the low altitude Russia SAMs are either trash or not being deployed in significant numbers around the hundred series.

Israel / Iran is bitter sweet, it's nice seeing Russian kit get fucked but I can't support Israel.

>Is russian anti air a meme?
Apparently yes. It works only against their own planes.

Yeah, at least the older ones were probably made to shoot down high-flying Cold War era bombers & fighter escorts, and have some capability against ballistic missiles (e.g. the Scud), but I don't think they're too effective against anything more subtle than that.
Hell, some of the older missile variants have barely any homing ability by modern standards, relying on command guidance or semi-active radar homing, which will fail badly if the radar's struggling to even track the target. A modern missile like this typically couples all sorts of seeking techniques, and might pack an AESA radar + multispectral optics along with a data link to command guide it closer to the target if the missile can't immediately lock on at launch. Compared to that, this old Soviet shit's like shooting blindly into the darkness (which probably isn't helped by how bad these turdies tend to be at organizing and communicating).

In what world are any of those going to target Israel? Egypt is paid off with US foreign aid, abraham acords for sauidis, and Turks did literally nothing but a couple empty threats after post Oct 7 first israli occupation of gaza but zero follow through. Have you just not been paying attention or are you just running hasbara shlomo?

Saudis do whatever suits them. They will break accords as soon as it becomes profitable. Not my problem Erdocuck is such coward. Turkey could easily be Israel's rival. And it might be as soon as this particular leader disappears.

Sorry I don't spend my days at /pol/ so I have no idea why kind of insult that was supposed to be.
