I got memed into buying a "pocket revolver". It's a Ruger LCRx, who is carrying this in their pockets? This thing is huge and anyone paying attention can clearly tell it's a big ass gun in your pocket. Are all of you pocket revolver dorks just wearing pants that are way too big?

On the plus side, I'm not particularly butthurt because I did want to add a snubby to my collection

You are still supposed to go up a size in your jeans to accommodate pocket carry, that and get a pocket kydex with a pocket catch on it.

You need a pocket holster. I recommended the Bulman one with a window cut in the other thread. If youโ€™re still having trouble after that, thicker premium denim like selvedge does a better job smoothing out the lines than cheap stretch denim. There will always be something visible in your pocket with pocket carry, the trick is to just look like you have stuff in your pocket and not specifically a gun. Thatโ€™s what the holsters do. Hiding in plain sight rather than total concealment.

Na you donโ€™t necessarily need to size up, you just donโ€™t want slim-fit pants. Theyโ€™re out of fashion again anyways. Go straight cut.

Idk I had to get rid of my slimfit jeans for pocket carry but YMMV. The tighter the fit around the thigh the tighter it pulls the fabric around the gun.

Try it again when your holster shows up. A holster should break up the outline of the gun, and a different grip might be needed for decent pocket carry since the stock grip is a bit large.

But it may not work as well on the steel framed gun. pair it with a good quality belt for retention and dont do any backflips.
