Both Israel's raid onto Iran and India's raid to Pakistan proves that IADS is not enough and having an actual Air Force that can conduct DCA is a must in order to counter and disrupt enemy strike packages.

What are the odds that Pakistan developed a doctrine using its Chinese aircraft and AWACS assets along Western lines due to the Western training of its air force, while the actual PLAAF doctrine is more rigid and Soviet-like relying on ground control, and would not fare as well against a Western air force

Stealth doesn't work like that. You know where the plane is and you know where it is going. You just can't shoot at it.
A magical surprise flanking attack using speed and stealth represents a conceptual misunderstanding of how stealth works.

1. This does not take into account layered air defense you see on a battlefeild. If iran or pakistan had sent 500 men with igla and stinger then then would be downed jets
2. The whole plan is contingent on taking out the high value air assessts to disrupt the fighter screen. But thats the whole airforce anyways so moot point
3. Heavy anti aircraft missiles are supposed to be used in ambush settings. When they sit and just get picked off its due to user error

In Systems Warfare, the victory goes to the side that can maintain its System functioning for longer without failing and descending into chaos, the chink victory condition is getting lucky with precise hits against critical nodes to cause a systemic failure, imo the western system is more sustainable and resilient to attrition, in practice they won't get past the CCA screen and there won't an exploitable vulnerable flank, the formation doesn't need to have a front side for instance, the CCA screen can offer 360 protection.

Honey it's called "combat range", it's the thing J-36 has which F-35 doesn't.
If your planes have no range they kinda have to stick to their point of origin, in this case a carrier.
Of course an air-to-air cruiser with 3000km range is going to casually bypass a flock of planes with 700km range at best.

NGAD is maybe half the MTOW of J-36.
Similarly the H-20 will have higher MTOW than B-2 and way, way more than B-21. These sizes are needed for the distances in the pacific, something the US seems to fail to grasp entirely.

Which is why they're all clustered up way out in front of their refueling aircraft instead of protecting its flanks. It's cope portraying Chinese equipment as favorably as possible and the Americans unfavorably. We don't even have the tiniest scrap of concrete info about the J-36 (If that's even it's real name) and you want to treat Jasons little fanfic slideshow as if it's reality.
Anonymous No.63841116 [Report]
J36 will always fly into the ground shortly after flying over water. Why? Because all of the pilots selected to fly it get confused by light reflecting off of waves and can't navigate.

How do I know this? The infographic I wrote about the J36 told me so.

J-20 can't fit PL-17/PL-20s internally. That is the entire reason they're building the J-36.

So the exact opposite of what every american on /k/ has been doing since its existance?

>We don't even have the tiniest scrap of concrete info about the J-36

Uhhhm actually we know quite a lot about it.
It has flown next to a J-20 so the length was derived by pixel-counting and comparing to the known length of the J-20. Since both planes flew close together and were quite far from the zoom lens of the camera, this could be done quite accurately.
Someone dug up a contract the plane company issued for an aircraft towing tractor that can do at least 60 tons, and so far they've only been doing fighters so this is an indication the J-36 is basically twice the weight of a typical large air-superiority fighter.
And we've seen it flying with missiles in the weapons bay, one is a PL-17 the other looks similar to a PL-15 and PL-17 in layout, but is much bigger than both - clearly another, even longer ranged air-to-air missile.
So we know this is a huge 60 ton air-to-air missile truck.
Physics are physics, this thing has shittons of space for internal fuel so it is going to have shittons of range.
The weapon bays are relatively modest for the size of the plane, clearly intended for huge air-to-air missiles, but if this was meant to bomb stuff the bays would be bigger.
We can also tell from the angles of the wings and the inlet design that this thing wasn't designed for subsonic or low supersonic, it is clearly a high-supersonic layout.
The avoidance of control surfaces and overall shaping clearly show a very low observability stealth design, akin to western 6th gen proposals.

Of course to someone uninformed like you who cannot derive any value from merely observing a wing angle, this might seem as "not even a scrap of info" but not everyone is so ... cognitively limited.

That's not H-20, that's an unmanned recon drone.
Likely entirely unarmed.
H-20 will be *much* bigger.
You can tell since this thing is mostly wing with barely any space for payload, so not a heavy bomber.
This is indicative of a very high altitude design, likely around 18km like their HALE VHF AWACS drone.
Probably insane indurance on that thing, 3rd island chain type shit.
