Y, wish I bought an LC before they: 1. Ran out of kits to use, and 2. WA banned anything fun.

Failure to eject for me, the brass bounces around and gets stovepiped or worse. Strangely seems to not happen if I remove the magazine.

I'm really kicking myself in the ass for not buying a SUSAT scope from them now that there's an L85 clone out there.

They look awesome but the sight picture is shit and they are Jam-O-Matics, at least until you get a shitload of rounds in them to break in.

Byeah. But don't use the actual CETME L mags. I picked some up as a novelty, and they gave me bad vibes just from holding them.

Spain sent like 2000 cetme rifles (L) to Ukraine. They are used by the reserves.

Don't shoot anything other than factory new ammo out of it, anything reloaded/remanufactured will have the risk of case head separation, and if that happens it's very difficult to extract the blown case from the fluted chamber. I haven't tried steel case ammo, but supposedly lacquered cases are no good for these (or HKs for that matter) because it will melt into and clog the chamber fluting.
Do not use Spanish surplus magazines with these, they already suck on their own and the Marcolmar guns are basically non-compatible with them ironically enough. IDK about USGI mags but any decent quality commercial steel/aluminum mags should be fine. Your feed lips will get mauled by the gun though.

If you already have an ar and want something different then yes and if you do get one get the one with the optic rail, the cheek weld for the irons suck ass. Also make sure you take it apart first and oil everything before heading out to the range, run 200 rounds of m855 through it and you should be gtg, did all of this on mine and haven't had a single malfunction.

The 30rd mags seem to be fine in an AR, at least, are steel, have a nice parkerized finish, AND seem to be a clone of FN FNC magazines, at least partially (baseplate). Follower is probably their shitty steel design. Would replace if you used it often just for the peace of mind and bolt hold open. The 10rd (Apex "12rd") mags are decent, same finish, same baseplate, but I had one too large to fit my AR (which has fit any USGI, Okay commercial, Colt commercial, English commercial, PMag, you name it). They're okay but nothing amazing. Maybe a $5 mag.

Funny enough the handguard and heatshield ALSO look very FN FNC.
