That's not hyper-sonic. You can't see them fly on video. You'd see a flash or bright streak in single frame at best. They travel from horizon to horizon in under 1 second.

But there was one like that in a different video.

They're equivalent to the US Pershing II, which is a potent weapon that was withdrawn due to treaty. They have a maneuverable reentry vehicle and move around mach 10-15, and impact at around mach 5.

They aren't a direct copy like what China has done, though. Just in the same class.

They maneuver. If it's anything like Pershing II, they'll do a steep dive on apogee onto target rather than follow a ballistic path. But there's several other things they could do. The reentry vehicle has control surfaces for this.

It maneuvered long before the hit. By the looks of the angle of descent, it probably nosed down at apogee and then went straight to target. This can fool exoatmospheric interceptors.
