WZ-9 "Divine Eagle"
Its basically an attritional AWACS. Its designed to fly really high and have long endurance so it can just loiter around and be the initial warning that something is coming. Its supposed to have really bitchin' radars (which kinda goes counter to the implied cheap cost) so that it can pick up stealth planes from further out and operate at altitudes that make it difficult to intercept. Its also pretty fucking big (50m wingspan) and only info we have is what is "leaked."

One of those will fly in groups at 18km altitude and use gigantic VHF antennas to detect stealth planes.
