If we are assuming the Leo 2 is a later model (2A6 onward). Unfortunately for the bongs the Challenger 2 is mediocre and generally only exists because the UK wanted to save their AFV industry. The British Army themselves even stated they wanted the Leo 2 but accepted the CR2 as it was better than not having tanks

Service record reflects this. Very few C2s have been lost. A couple abrams, leopards were getting blown up by insurgents in Syria.

Abrams turbine eats 2x the fuel of a Leo2 at same power output and has 10x the air throughput so huge IR signature.
Chally is obese and has the weakest engine (1200hp vs 1500hp of others) which is also unreliable ontop of it and a rifled gun which is terrible for armor piercing fin stabilized discharging sabots, since you can't fucking spin stabilize a fin stabilized projectile, and spin stabilized KE doesn't work well. So it needs slip rings which don't work properly.
Leo wins by default just by not having any weaknesses.

Where the fuck do you think other tanks store extra ammo? The turret is only so big. If you're scared, just don't use the hull rack and only use the turret rack.
If your tank gets hit in the hull instead of the turret you probably used it wrong.
Think of tanks like a guy with a shield, the only really THICC armor is on the front of the turret (80-100cm) every other spot is MUCH thinner and thus vunerable. Keep your shield pointed the right way and keep your hull masked by terrain and have someone cover your flanks, i.e. do BASIC tank combat shit.
Goes for all tanks, unless you make them 300 tons they all have pretty much the same armor layout.
