Why is .32 acp so alluring despite being so shit?
>low pressure
>low case capacity
>semi rimmed
>somewhat expensive ammo

it's actually the bottom end of "good enough" penetration and energy with soft recoil to boot but 9mm is cheaper so it gets all the attention.

I wish there were more guns, i dont want to get the ashidity arms pd10 but if they made a double stack version which rob dinkus keeps teasing i would grab one in a heartbeat. For now the shield plus will have to do

because once you realize that shot placement trumps bullet diameter, you stop caring about what cartridge you're using and focus more on what you can shoot well

my mother is old and can't comfortably rack the slide even on my Beretta 92, but she can load and shoot a Beretta Tomcat very well

yea I'm not sure what they were thinking with 30 SC (only S&W bothered to produce a pistol)
It needed to have at least three of the big name handgun manufacturers adopt the chambering, now it's just turning into a dodo caliber

More powerful and reliable than .22LR while still fitting in an itty bitty pocket gun.

9mm is consistently a stronger performer.

God is that true.
I have a Beretta 1935 in 32, it's sooooo much fucking more fun to shoot than the m1934 in 380.

I wish Ruger made their LCP pocket pistols in .25 and .32, they are the exact right size for the cartridge and you could fit a decent amount in there.

If .32 was rimless, I could have a pistol this size and shape but which could easily hold at least 15rds of that.

I'm still mad about it. It makes .32acp and .380 obsolete. Hell, it kind of competes with 9mm if you have to worry about females gripping a handgun properly.

It doesnt make .32 acp or .380 obsolete because the fuckhuge pressure it runs at makes it basically impossible to run in the giga micros that you can shove .32 and .380 into, so it competes with 9mm and .40 s&w frame-wise

Idea, use .30SC brass, but simply load it to a lighter level (somewhere between .30SC and .32ACP), then simply call it .320 Special Auto or something.
Maybe cut 1mm off of the case if you want to be sure about liability and what not.
