>>63859496Look up how much radiation it takes to induce an excess death amount (due to radiation-related illnesses) higher than the margain of error.
Then look up becquerel (Bq) unit.
Then look how many Bq it takes to kill someone by cancer.
Then look up your favorite radionuclides and pick one.
Then try and figure out how much you'll need to saturate an area in a densely-populated area that will A) have people in or going to shelters just before the missile hits, B) will be evacuated when radiation detectors go off 20 seconds after detonation, and C) people will be popping iodine tablets and getting first-world medical care... to cause 100 excess deaths from cancer.
Look it up. The numbers will appall you.
All that work, for a hundred excess deaths and maybe 20 death from radiation sickness if you're lucky.
Now weigh that against the 100k+ that will be killed immediately when Israel responds with actual nuclear weapons.
TL;DR I don't think you know how much radiation people can withstand, and how much radioactive material you'd need to disperse over an area to not make it a retarded idea. And it's always retarded regardless, because retaliation will not be limp-dicked and 99% psychological.
