Micro-VLS launched from a pallet-sized container and requested by data link is already today's technology. I don't know the missile diameter, but I assume it is more than 40mm.

Well it's a good thing OP specified it would be used against slow moving threats.

Anyway, in my mind such a vehicle would be best used for hunting soft targets and light armored vehicles. Targeting used to be a bottleneck but they've come out with a dual mode seeker for APKWS now. Could wipe out a massive assault with one funky little missile carrier.
