How come the Patriot air defenses in Kyiv failed to intercept 2 Iskander-M's last night while the Patriots protecting Al Udeid Air Base intercepted all 6 Iranian missiles that were fired at the base a couple hours ago? Is it the difference in the operators?

Iskander is not a hard target for PAC-3s so they’re probably just conserving interceptors. There is probably a lot of AD attrition going on this year and it’s unclear if the West is going to let go of any more of its stores. Or maybe the battery was down for one reason or another, shit happens.
