Nobody stole anything. It stopped being Lucas' company when he decided to sell shares to other people, and he was under no obligation to accept the buyout offer. A contract signed under unfair circumstances is not enforceable, and you can't tell me Lucas didn't have the resources to fight it if he really thought that's what happened. You have no idea what you're talking about. A buyout is a buyout. When you own a significant stake in a company, leaving is not like quitting a normal job and you can't easily be fired. He could have remained a shareholder, collected dividends, and voted on important decisions without having any active role in the company's day to day operations. Instead, he decided to sell his stake in the company and walk away. By doing that, he forfeits any control he could have had and limits his legal options if the company really was doing him dirty. That alone leads me to believe that he was simply ready to move on. Or maybe he just has a really bad lawyer.

Watch the video. Trex tells a different story. I watched Lucas's video he released last week and he makes it sound like he started this company, did all the work and then his brothers came in after the fact and duped him into giving up half his equity in it. If you listen to Trex tell their side of the story Lucas started the company but they were all working on building holsters together from the start. Then they collectively decided to make it a partnership and divvied up the company from there. That's very different.

I obviously only have the information each side is publicly stating, but it doesn't seem as cut and dry as Lucas initially made it out to be. I'm not saying Lucas wasn't taken advantage of to some extent in the beginning but the genesis of the company and rightful ownership shares feel much less black and white in light of Trex's video than Lucas initially made it seem.

That being said it seems like Lucas had been butting heads with his brothers and the CEO for a while, then when his wife entered the picture whom they clearly didn't like that was the final straw and everything came to a head. They obviously wanted him to get a prenup because they just flat out didn't trust his wife. I also don't buy that they couldn't find a role for her.
