Assuming you had no other options for a vehicle.
The one pictured is a Massey Ferguson 8570. It has an 8.3L Cummins diesel engine, and a max speed of around 17 miles per hour.
The engine is located under a panel near the rear of the machine, quite high off the ground as well. The combine works with corn headers and the standard grain ones, with the former being pictured.

While I'm usually a fan of absurd hypotheticals, a combine is so specialized and only found near more suitable general-purpose vehicles like tractors and farm trucks that directly weaponizing it strike me as the wrong answer for any operation short of a zombie apocalypse.

I think the best case for weaponizing one would be combat engineering: stripping fields to bare soil in order to deny an attacker any form of concealment. Could likely modify the harvester to serve as 3-6" woodchipper too; knock down any mature trees with a chainsaw first and then strip the frequently-contested/entrenchable foliage strips between fields bare too.
