Back when I served in the FDF, we had a couple of sessions where we practiced dealing with fires and other hazards. You can pretty much walk through fire, embers falling on your uniform and nothing will happen. Throwing the field jacket onto a fire will usually put out the fire before the jacket burns through (this is a good way to help your buddy if he's had a little kerosene accident and is currently rolling on the ground cursing).
That aliexpress crap looks like it's just more fuel for the fire.

Its not easy job by any stretch of the imagination, but Ukraine drone ops get to be back from the front lines a little bit and essentially have a static frontage with not a lot of movement. If you were in the same position with a fast moving battlefield when your front might move 10km forward or backwards it'd be a lot more hazardous and you'd have to devote a lot more time to moving positions to keep out of the way and stay close enough to be in the fight.
They don't really have to worry about being overrun as there's round the clock surveillance on every patch of dirt, so even if Russia does break a line somewhere they'll probably have plenty of notice simply by virtue of throwing drones into ziggers all day long before it changes.

Technically, there's some EW that would work but you need people who are really smart, well trained and capable of being super adaptable in the role. There's no real plug and play, turn the lights out on comms to these systems because they'll just get their frequencies swept, see that Russia is blocking X-freq, you switch your gear over to Y-freq and go bust up their shit. All that high end decision making and field doctrine is from way up high, no one out there in the field is making any kind of actions because they're just all pieces of meat. They don't think, they just do and that goes for their officer corps, no Russian LT or Capt is going to be there with his fellas leading them or coming up with fixes. Just send assaults in and report back to command what you did.

Military uniform fabric is 50% cotton/50% nylon all across the globe.
