Stainless beretta or stainless Springfield 1911 in 9mm?
I'm a bit miffed that you have to buy stainless parts for the Beretta if you want it to look good since they cheaped out. Also, my other 1911 is a dinged up RIA (earthquakes) so it would be nice to have a nice one.

45 isn't that expensive, but buy the pizza blaster if you want a 9mm.

It's expensive enough in California. I get to $5 everytime I buy ammo now starting today. Plus I'm essentially paying 20.5% or more in sales tax on ammo as well.

If you get a .38 super barrel for that 9 you should get a heavy spring to pair with it, it'll shoot that super ammo smoother.

Beretta is better than 1911 in every regard except not coming in 45 acp or 10mm

I really want a stainless 1911 too, but I'm hesitant to give Springfield my money. Ruger makes one that isn't that much more than the SA and S&W also have some nice looking ones but they're a few hundred above that.

If you're keeping grudges on manufacturers, then you'll find yourself with slim pickins.

Yeah, I know, but I just don't like SA in general, never been that impressed by their guns and it really rubs me wrong how their whole corporate identity is intentionally deceptive.
