You have been given a $5,000,000 budget to add gear that will dramatically increase the performance of up to 1,000 Ukrainian soldiers that are mostly already kitted and veteran. You may choose to supply as few as 500 instead to provide more $$$ per soldier. The soldiers can receive up to 1 month of training related to the gear. >Due to specific budget justifications: all products must be commercially available and American produced (has to at least have the assembled in america sticker).

Would eat up most of budget and likely make the largest impact if spread out across different regions in teams of 5 by not allowing russians to concentrate defenses to specifically counter it. The hand saws can help with more quickly setting up defenses.
