Was the use of F-15D's equipped with Ophir Long Range Oblique Photography pods and CFT's installed an effective platform for flying over lran for the role of hunting BM/TEL's? Seemed reminiscent of aircraft hunting Scuds during the Gulf War. Is there a better system that would have been more effective?

i think they used one of the smaller pods you dont need anything that big and you need the extra fuel

also 500 strikes were done with drones, since all the strikes on buildings were jdams and heavy bombs im guessing a lot of the drone strikes (done with mikholit 50kg rockets) were done against ballistic launchers

Does israel not have a ton of kfir, f16 and old f15 no longer being used.

Could those not be turned into drones and make them very slow by adding massive external fuel tanks?

I mean who gives a shit about agility if you can gain air dominance with your conventional force first.
