Why does the RAM coating from the F-35 is darker while the RAM from the F-22 is shinier?

F-35s paint is newer and has better IR properties at low and medium altitudes.
F-22s is older generation and its IR properties were optimised for high altitude and supersonic heating

iirc F35 doesnt have a 'ram coating' it's skin is low -reflecting from the factory. all you have to do is maintain a protective layer and clean it which cuts like 90% of the time spend on it

The F35's LO skin is miles ahead of the F22's. That's why it can be deployed on carriers; the F22 could not be adapted for carriers

The more important difference is that the F-35s RAM is cheaper and less prone to wear.
