I do wonder whether there is a place for caseless in drone guns (because light weight) or vehicle mounted guns (can use heavier barrel to deal with the heat). Someone should maybe look into that.

Recoilless guns have been put on aircraft before. It doesn't work that well, and you're limited to one shot. At this point, if you're able to aim the drone at a target then you're better off just packing it with explosives and sending it into the target.
