it kinda does, IDF primarily uses the M72A12 that is the 'anti structure/HE/ variant. idf used shittons of these and MATADOR rockets in gaza to the point where rafael/nammo cant make enough to keep up with demand so converting old retired M72A4 (armor piercing) to HE makes perfect sense.
