>Cope delta wing
>Forward canards

Those features are reserved for third worlders. Like the rafale, gripen, mirage, j-10.

I don't think the USAF would approve those aesthetics.

They specifically asked for an euro-canard delta to have an excuse to cancel it if the project is too expensive.

Giving Boeing the contract is reta4ded as fick. If it does have canards they will fall off mid-flight.

it likely will based on the official art
seems like trump fast tracked a design they already had and it'd be too much work and time to make an entirely new design

Kinda hard when that's the F/A-XX for the Navy and not the F-X for the USAF. Those canards are for low speed high AOA capabilities for landing on a carrier.

Just like the wheels falling off the 707? Boeing has always been like this, and the defense side isn't the commercial side. Furthermore, most of the problems are on the airlines, their maintenance intervals and personnel. Or, shitskin and nigger pilots not being able to fly anything without autopilot.
