Just use a sacrificial mobik to jump on top of them so they can ride over that. Now they just need to deal with the several other spike traps, mines, and concertina wire in front of them.

my bad, I mean something like a ship raked bow, the idea is go over or break the spikes. Your example also applies to that strip with similar results if you deflect the strip upwards.

This anon got the right idea. Obviously that will be a bit unstable so we better give the bike tracks instead of wheels. I'm thinking two rows of tracks so it doesn't tip over

I don't know whether vidrel is why OP posted the thread but the tactic has been used and Ukies posted a vid last night.

They send in a Baba Yaga or Vampire to spike the road at night and then wait for the motor-mobiks to hit it and finish them off with FPVs.

Also, we need a better term than motor-mobik, it seems like it there's potential but I've got nothing.

Fair point.
This is pretty tricky, anything as long or longer than motormobik is useless but shortening stuff either makes it look like a typo or removes the mobik connection.

Exactly.

You'd think that between motorbike and mobik there should be some good pun or something but like you say, it just leads to confusion.

That's not a problem. My street bike would fit between the spiked areas but in combat I'd run foam inserts, not air. Michelin has made them for many years.

The idea that they're not running run-flats is comical but they're obviously not a real army.

>300 miles long tire trap that stays above dirt in the rain
Obviously that's not how they're used.
It's also not how pidorbikes (mobikes?) get used, they don't go cross country unless there's ideal conditions like an animal trail. They use roads, the green in >>63976951 is an access lane in a farmer's field that obviously can support tractors and harvesters, it will only exist like that in the last 200m or so where the trench crosses some poor farmer's field.

Throwing these on roads is easy, >>63977035 shows this being done by drone which is really the ideal way.
The problem is in the second half of that video, they FPV a mobik who is involuntarily dismounted.

Just like minefields, these are static fortifications and must be defended. A 300m long line won't be defended at every point so it's useless, the second mobik will just remove the obstacle. Roads are easily watched though and so you get the previous video and it's much cheaper or easier to install.

Road spikes are really just low-profile razor wire, hard to see until you're close so you get clumps of bikers sitting around with their fingers up their arse while they try whether to attempt to remove the obstacle and get droned or go back and get tortured for retreating.

I think I'm settling on moto-bik.
