No. About a month ago, the two forces fired at each briefly because Cambodia sent troops into a buffer zone of Thailand. One Cambodian died. There was also a punch up at a temple. Then the PM of Thailand spoke to Hun Sen (former Cambodian politician) and basically said Thailand #1, fuck your king and the phonecall leaked so got suspended from office.

So now Cambodia is going 'we can't let them get away with this' while Thailand is like 'we're dealing with this ourselves, don't be retarded'. Nothing will happen. Things only happen if you have the ability (or belief in having the ability) to do them and succeed. Mongolia could invade China but they're not going to succeed so why bother?
