>>63982022 (OP) They're not interesting, collectible or especially fun to shoot, their one purpose is to be easy to carry/conceal. They're the definition of a tool.
>>63982444 No word. Seems they made it because some police in euroop asked for it. Instead of giving us smol vp9 they designed the CC9 which is fine but not nearly as interesting.
>>63982022 (OP) Always had a soft spot for the humble G26. I never see anyone use it but its so comfy. I just wouldn't get one since I already have a 19 and 48
>>63982022 (OP) Because they're hardly fun, rare, or really exotic in any way aside from the Shield Plus mag that does the funny double single stack design
>>63982657 Exactly this. I carried pic related for about four years, but every time I'd shoot it at the range it would simply be not fun. After shooting a box of .45 out of it I would take a Glock 19x and having that full-size grip would feel like such a breath of fresh air. Eventually I started leaving it at home on range day "This time I just want to shoot my actually fun guns", and finally I just sold it.

>>63982444 that thing looks hideous, is that a charging handle on the slide?
>>63982022 (OP) Supcompacts are obsolete these days with the rise of the microcompact. >inb4 muh extended mags muh mag-sharing Whatโs the point of having a small carry gun if youโre just going to shove extended magazines into it? These morons act like you canโt own more than one handgun.
>>63984275 Not as fuming as you as manufacturers continue to discontinue subcompact models. 26 will be the final nail in the coffin when it happens in the next few years.
>>63984607 Who the fuck are you arguing with then, you hostile retard?

>>63983549 Had both, 26 is much better. 48/43x if you need the gun to be skinny but realistically the doublestack conceals just fine.

>>63984205 This was true until the RXM came out, well, as soon as the g26 grip modules is released. Grab two of them, one with a full size grip and one with a 26 grip, a pair of p32s and you're pretty much covered.
>>63982022 (OP) I pretty much only carry small guns. If it's time to grab a 9mm I gravitate towards a g19 size these days, but again, it's rare that I'll go above a 32 J frame.
>love my p30l >get a p30sk for carry >i can shoot a 2-3 inch group at 10 yards with the L >big fucking dinner plate groups with the sk is this fucking normal or do I need assistance? I can't fathom that a mere inch and change being removed tanks the accuracy.

>>63985250 Worst of the pocket rocket 9's CC9 is my favorite, but the Shield Plus does better than the hellcat, and is typically less
>>63982022 (OP) i shoot well with my 1911 .45acp, my LCP max in .380, my gp100 in .357mag, but i cant for the life of me get good consistent groups with my hellcat 9mm. i just dont fucking get it.

Where are the compacts with a safety so I don't blow my nuts off.
Seriously though, I don't know what's taking them so long, but surely the time is coming.

>>63983608 seconding this anons endorsement. I've got almost 13 years with a Glock 26 now. I've finger fucked every single remotely popular single stack since the LCP was first catching on. I've concluded they are just too damn thin to be viable for me.

>>63983678 I just got one of these grips in the mail. I'm excited.
>>63984246 There is such a thing as too small. I have hands like an alien facehugger, and if I wanted a microcompact I'd carry a Derringer. Some of like extended mags because there's a better grip.

>>63982749 It shoots really well for its size, but if you can carry a 26, you can almost certainly carry a 19 instead. On the other hand you could also split the difference and carry a 26 with a 19 mag in the gun and have what is functionally 95% of a 19 you can also make a bit smaller as needed.
