In time? Turk roaches. Almost zero rules on how you use it and they have fairly cheap stuff in general. KAAN will be like 4.5 gen. Good enough for most countries.

Official GDP or the modified GNI which reflects its real economy and excludes the MNCs using it as a shell country. Either way probably some Euro company and for example go balls deep in Grippens

Korea and Turkey. They're still NATO and mostly competent with huge manufacturing ability but not hampered by post export controls.

True true but Russhit is Russhit. It would be. If the country in question was European then they would also benefit from the EU rearmament funding. What you want depends on your strategic situation which is directionless without a country to spitball for so OPs question is semi meaningless

Yeah these two seem to be emerging as the 21st century replacement for Russia as the go-to for cheap, decent quality arms. Israeli too but their selection and set of buyers is more limited.

turks are retards that can only make 60s era tech. I would buy French or Chink but Chinese tech is mostly unproven so I would stick with France if I couldn't buy American.

It's the obvious option but this retarded glowing board will tell you that frogs are le bad for propaganda reasons.

gripen. mostly because a small but rich nation needs conscription to defend itself. therefore a plane needs its maintenance to be conscriptproof (you'd be surprised how robust a thing needs to be to be called conscriptproof)

If the current geopolitical situation is the same them probably a very small bunch of M-346 armed variants like Leonardio offered us. Or simply ditch jets and focus on amassing a shitload of SAMs.
