thank you MTM for selling made-in-USA random-ass plastic boxes for ammo storage, cheap clay throwers, and other plastic shooting stuff. it's the sort of injection molded plastic crap that China does for pennies, but MTM still cranks it out in OHIO and prices it well. no clue how they're still in business.

anyways thanks MTM. I'm almost certain that every US kommando anon has at least ONE mtm thingy in their collection.

For real
Nothing better than taking ammo out from one, firing out of a revolver, then setting the empties back in

Correct
But I enjoy my blank disposable shit from midway because maybe I'll learn how to make funny labels for my +p lswchp .38spl and make it look factory.

When I was a kid, I had the Totally Killer Idea(tm) of grenades shaped like clay pigeons that soldiers could fling over long distances with one of those.

Based. I only buy Rubbermaid food containers because they are still MIA.
They are nowhere near as resilient as the ones my Mother has from the 90s though. You could melt them down and make slim body armor.

Or just print it on paper then trace it on a linoleum/rubber sheet to make a military-looking stamp. A lot of work, though.

Are you aiming to duplicate the FBI load with that? What's your data for that? I just got some .38 dies and want to try that

Right on the money, I'm using air cooled wheel weights in the Lyman Keith mold
These come in around at 160-161gr sized and lubed with a softer lube I got off eBay , charge is 5.3gr of unique and primed with a federal match small pistol primer. Cases are sealed with the red primer sealant you can find at Cabela's
But yeah I want to standardize my stash of .38spl to this level of autism.

I even use repackbox for my other hand loads like 9mm,5.56,.45,and 7x57mm

The FBI 158-grain semi-wadcutter .38 Spl load has a reputation as a very good stopper out of a 4" S&W Model 10.

.38 Special +p loaded with LSWCHP bullets. It was the FBI duty ammo for a long time and it was very common among other departments as well in the 70s and 80s.
