Physically impossible, the extra weight would kill performance.
Aircraft structure fullfills ALL purposes at once. what you see on the outside as fuselage is not only an aerodynamic surface, but also the fuel tank, etc. it's all highly integrated.
The term "bodykit" for planes was coined by copelords with a negative amount of aero engineering knowledge and is a pure fantasy term with no relationship to reality.
