nuclear subs, definitely. they're equal to the best in the world there.
china has mostly caught up with space-based stuff in recent years, i.e., hgvs, fobs, icbms, and so on.

they produce them for their military craft, they just don't use them on civilian craft because they're not retards and can thus use the better GE/RR/PW engines
Their level of AIDS should mean they have the edge in biological warfare
