I have one of these little guys. It has a muzzle energy limitation of 130 ft-lbf. Would it make sense to follow that recommendation for practice and having a magazine of p+ for self-defense. Surely the frame cracking issue would be with extended p+ use and not in the rare single self-defense scenario?
