What movies successfully predicted how wars would be fought in the future?
And why was the most accurate The Running Man, a future where every soldier's death is on camera and used to entertain the masses, some placing bets on warfighter deaths.
Where every war time death is now free content, a base material to put funny Benny Hill music or cute anime girl music over.
>>64026710 (OP)This one has the killbots. (Naturally it's a loose adaptation of a Philip K. Dick story.)

Idk about movies, but ghost recon predicted the Georgia/Ossetia thing by half a decade, and depending on how tensions between the jeets and the pakis go, deus ex may have predicted that. But I suspect these predictions aren't some Nostradamus shit, but were more like obvious observations to topics I wasn't privy to in the early 2000s.
>>64026710 (OP)This is a shitty movie, and the book is 1000% better. That being said, I could 100% see a game show like the actual Running Man in the near future.
>>64026710 (OP)back to >>>/tv/ you disingenuous spamming zigger
>>64026799Surprisingly good low budget movie.
>>64027394I'd watch it, I'd kill for Liveleak/Chaotix with decent camera work and ISIS style close ups.
>>64027508It works as a /k/ midnight movie. It has Peter Weller in it, who fits his character, and the plot is dark and twisted, but they had an imagination like Aliens. But really? Killbots that leap up out of the ground and slice and dice people while going SCREEEEEE on a moon that is being used as an IRL weapons testing lab to the warring corporations that are fighting over it? The sickos who post here: Yeah, makes sense. Like something a Russian filmmaker would come up with in the 90s.
