Any tips? I used to crush them in napkins but doing it with my fingers directly got to be too gross, squishing them onto the wall is too much cleaning too, capturing them in jars takes too long, so I'm currently blasting them to shreds with CO2 airgun dry-fires.
The issue is that some survive this and then climb back up the wall all dishevelled with chunks of dust on then.

Does the bug as-salt gun work on moths? I've used it on flies to decent effect.

Get a glue trap, best way to deal with them

Depends on the size of the moth. The standard Bug-A-Salt will mulch the little brown guys just like flies. They're pretty delicate after all.

If anon's dealing with the big ass moths, though, all it'll do is stun them. I've tried using it on bigger bugs before, and it only succeeds in stunning them. However, Bug-A-Salt makes a more powerful version powered by CO2, looks vaguely like a S&W 500. That thing is a fucking cannon, I've bisected wasps and vaporized scorpions with it. Be careful where you shoot, though, it'll take the paint right off your walls too.

It would, it should be much harsher than the CO2 blasts I use.

I'll consider it, thanks. My house spiders have been doing some work like that.

I've done that about 30 times and they either fly back in or I find another one that needs out right away.

They're small, so far I've been painting the walls with a fine dark moth mist just with the CO2 from my CP1-M. No cardridge, just the liquid CO2.

Webm rel is what I've been doing, there's at least 30 shots in these 12gr CO2 cartridges so it *kinda* works nicely.

Basically the issue is reliability, not power. In terms of preventing stains on the paint it's already near-perfect.
Maybe I'll look into DIYing my own 4,5mm salt cartridges.
