Basically you pay 70-100โฌ for the document that proves you legally own guns including the entry of your first gun. Every gun you buy afterwards has also be recorded in the document, this costs 29โฌ each time. That is basically the bureaucracy cost.
You also have to pay for the competency test, which is like 150-300โฌ (lower for sport shooters, higher for hunters). These tests are officially done by your shooting club or hunting school/academy and somebody official should come and check if it's legit, my sport shooting exam was just guys from the club who taught also supervised the exam, while the hunting test there was a person from the local hunting regulatory office which checked that everything was in order
