Red dots are the only way to get an instantaneous sight picture unconditional of eye box or eye relief.
This matters when you're doing quick target acquisitions / transitions and are using the red dot as confirmation rather than letting the sight settle for precision / low confidence shots.
Magnifiers aren't the only way to get magnification with a dot.
You can use top or 45 degree mounted dots with prisms or scopes.
This however significantly alters the HOB and/or the horizontal axis of a zero, depending which direction you went, which comes with an entirely new set of considerations.

I'm referring to the barrel nut threads. Lithium grease. From memory, the only thing getting rockset is the muzzle device. Buffertube is greased and staked. The entire weapon is designed with armorer work in mind and dissassembly is facilitated.

I suspect rockset in the barrel extension threads is considered unnecessary and likely inconsistent. I've never bought a barrel I needed to assemble so wouldn't be certain what's normal.

The PSA is a serial number the functional rifle that comes with it is a nice bonus.
